Kammie is dedicated to transforming communities by enhancing the availability of crucial services for those in greatest need.

Before founding this organization, Kammie built a successful career in the insurance industry, where she served as a Sales & Marketing Manager and most recently as a District Sales Manager for Erie Insurance. Her extensive experience in sales and management has equipped her with the leadership skills and strategic vision necessary to drive meaningful change.

Kammie’s journey into this mission-driven work was deeply personal. As the parent of a son with special needs, she has firsthand experience navigating the challenges of obtaining quality care and support. Witnessing the significant gaps in services for special needs individuals and their families inspired her to create an organization focused on filling these gaps.

The mission of the organization is driven by her unwavering commitment to ensuring that no family has to face the struggles her family encountered. Kammie believes in providing quality, compassionate care and services that empower individuals with special needs to lead successful, fulfilling lives.

Through her leadership, the organization continues to champion the cause of the most vulnerable, working tirelessly to build a more inclusive community where everyone’s needs are met with dignity and respect.
